This patch will include bugfixes, audiovisual improvements, and balance changes.

We are still hunting for desyncs! Please enable `log-randoms` in your config (Fraud Launcher 2 -> Configs -> Cosmonarchy), and submit your `Critical` and `Sync Randoms` text files from the `logs` folder to **cm-issues** on [our Discord server](https://discord.com/invite/s5SKBmY).
